TD Africa, a leading technology distributor in Sub-Saharan Africa, has partnered with Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., a global cybersecurity leader, to bolster Nigeria’s cybersecurity resilience.

The partnership was announced at a partner roundtable event in Lagos, attended by industry executives, stakeholders, and IT professionals. The event facilitated in-depth discussions on emerging cybersecurity trends and encouraged strategic collaborations to enhance digital security across the country.

Participants explored innovative digital security solutions, culminating in a networking session aimed at fostering future partnerships and reinforcing Nigeria’s digital infrastructure.

Abiodun Idowu, Assistant General Manager at TD Africa, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing state-of-the-art technology solutions, stating, “This partnership with Check Point reflects our dedication to equipping businesses with the tools needed to protect themselves against today’s complex cyber threats.”

Victor Ugwu, Check Point’s Security Manager, also highlighted the partnership’s importance in strengthening Nigeria’s cybersecurity framework and ensuring a safer digital environment for businesses.

TD Africa now offers Check Point’s Harmony and Email Collaboration solutions, integrating Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technology to ensure secure connectivity for remote and hybrid work environments.
