Many young graduates and career switchers struggle to transition from education to employment, often facing a lack of guidance, mentorship, and clarity on the right career path. PivotWings, a new career development platform, aims to address this challenge by providing structured support, practical tools, and access to experienced professionals.

The platform combines AI-enabled learning environments with curated video lessons and specialised learning materials, alongside structured, cohort-based programmes led by industry experts. This approach helps users identify their strengths, reposition their skills, and take deliberate steps toward meaningful career growth.

PivotWings serves three primary user groups:

    • Seekers: Fresh graduates or professionals seeking the experience needed to enter a new field or advance in their careers.
    • Guardians: Experienced professionals who share knowledge in specialised areas while earning through the platform.
    • Explorers: Talent acquisition managers and HR professionals looking to recruit candidates, host events, or share hiring insights.

The platform also encourages a community-driven environment where members exchange experiences, insights, and career development strategies. Users can take advantage of additional tools such as CV and cover letter creation, vision boards for goal setting, structured learning timelines, career roadmaps, skill gap analysis, and a job board with relevant opportunities.

To mark its launch, PivotWings has introduced Impact for Good, a scholarship programme that provides selected participants with full access to mentorship, learning tools, and the platform’s structured career system.

Founder Jennifer Okorhi said, “Too many talented individuals are left to navigate their careers alone, without the guidance or structure they need. The scholarship is part of our commitment to make career growth accessible, especially for those facing financial or systemic barriers. PivotWings is more than a platform, it’s a support system that helps motivated people move from unemployed to employed.”

With a focus on mentorship, structure, and community, PivotWings positions itself as a long-term partner in professional growth, guiding users step by step through career pivots and job launches.
